I have purchased a new samsung C7 Pro mobile from Lok Plus, Daulat Ganj, Lashkar, Gwalior on 15 Nov 2017, and facing problem in my mobile set since last one and half month.
1. On 7 June 2018 I have deposited my mobile on service centre for network issue. They have got the mobile repaired by changing the motherboard and display and returned back to me.
2. On 27 June I have again deposited my mobile to service centre to get the other problem of auto touch resolved. They have returned back my mobile after some cleaning.
3. I was again facing the same problem (auto touch screen) on 16 July and deposited it to the Service centre. They returned back my set and told that they have registered my complaint and placed an order for notworking part.
4. Till date (20 July 2018 ) the part has not been replaced and my phone is still in bad condition. I rang up service centre and customer care both to know the status of my set. They have told me that the part is not available with the company and I have to wait for some more days.
5. I request my problem may please be resolved by replacing my hand set with the new one to avoid the repeated problem.
