[Resolved] Samsung India — product installation pending, washing machine automatic

I have purchased a automatic samsung w/m wa 65m 4000ha from incs, ernakulam. The service request no. Is [protected]. Since, the time the product is purchased, no service engineer or customer care had even bothered to call us and attend to install the product and brief on the usage. Repeated calls to the customer care yielded no results. The so called service engineer never attends our calls. The end result is the product is lying unattended for days. I earnestly request you to look into this issue and arrange to send a rep of yours to install the product as we own other samsung products as well because of its quality and performance and never faced such a situation.
