I purchased a product from samsung shop on 1th october and till date i haven't received the product. It has been 2 weeks since my purchase and yet samsung claims that they deliver their products within 2-4 business days. They even sent me a message claiming that the product has been shipped on 18th of october when in actually it was shipped on 21st and this can be clearly seen on the courier's website i. E. Fedex. Now on the fedex's website the estimated delivery date is still showing as 23rd october and still shows the product is in transit from chennai to delhi but the product is nowhere to be tracked, not even by samsung or fedex themselves. I have complained about this by calling the consumer court helpline but wanted to bring light about this to other people around. Samsung executives are the worst when it comes to handling this kind of situation. Everyday they call me and say that this case has been escalated and will receive a call within 24-48 hours. And now i'm really fed up of their pathetic customer care department. They won't even send me a new one, say that i need to cancel this one and when they will receive this product first only then will they ship the other one. And how am i supposed to know when will they receive this one. Besides the product is already out of stock on their website. All i need is my product and this time no lies. I don't care if fedex has lost the package or whatever they have done with it. I paid to samsung for my product and it is their duty to send me the package on time and if they are unable to do so due to any of the reasons then it's their duty to sweeten the pot for making fake commitments and for grievance.
So just waiting for another 7 working days for the resolution before consumer court gives me justice.
