Worst service ever. Have bought samsung j7 pro with one time screen replacement offer. Suddenly after 10 days the screen had black spots. Neither it was fallen or pressed for a longtime. When taken to service center jayanagar bangalore branch, they denied for warrenty and said they need 7 working days to get approval for one time screen replacmnt claim. Later i was told for that offer i need to pay 990rs.. When we askd why to pay as it was not informed while buying or shown on tv, the rude advisor says its hidden charge and you wil get to know when you come to servic centre. And even 100rs as procrssing fee for which no proper recipt is provided. Its more then 15days, still they havent got any approval. Then their manager sunil calls and says that the offer is already been claimed at other service centre, which we havnt claimed. Then when askd to get the reports of claim, manager says wait for 24hrs. But no response. So we called the samsung customer service call centre. They pick the call and keep us on hold. When askd to escalate the issue to manager or supervisor, they keep on hold for 15mins n say manager is busy n will give call back.in 4hrs. But we didnt get any cal for 3-4 days. Hell service.. Plz guys dont buy samsung products. Worst product n service ever. Hope they wont change any parts. Even not ready to give my mobile back as its in waiting status. Was this information helpful? |
