I would like to say that i have purchased a new samsung washing machine. But till now no technician has arrived. Now let's come to the point. The problem is that this washing machine model is different from the others. This requires a rat pad to be installed. If not installed then insects, rats, cockroaches, etc may enter inside the system and damage the wires. And the so called rat pad was not installed in the washing machine at the time delivery due to which sensitive parts of the washing machine stays open. Even in the warranty details it's written clearly that warranty is not applicable for any damage caused due to insects, rats, cockroaches, etc both in the manual and the warranty card. For many days the washing machine is open without the rat pad being installed as no technician has given a visit to show the demo installation. I would like you to take this case seriously as i cannot waste inr 22, 500 rupees in vain due to poor customer service. If possible, can you send me the procedure for a full money refund for the purchased washing machine or a replacement with a branded washing machine of the same model from the dealer? Please do so in a hurry as i will be off for a month after some days from this town due to vacation break. And morever 30 days return policy will expire.
