[Resolved]  Samsung India — received faulty s9+ from the company

S9+ has been submitted on 05/04/2018 to mastercare services, borivali, mumbai. And its still with the service centre from the last 6 days.
Phone doesn't get on and needs to start with force restart or hard reset and again phone turns off again immediately. Service centre confirmed the same issue and got me reverted saying that the phone has major hardware issues and needs to be repaired i. E. Motherboard needs to be replaced.
How can i bear to accept the faulty phone repaired which is not even used for 20 days. I had pre booked the phone and got the delivery of the phone on 15/03/2018. No customer spends so much for such a high ended premium phone of the company to receive a faulty phone from the company.
After writing a mail to the ceo and the technician team of the company, got a call from the head office on 06/05/2018, requested to wait for one day to help us to serve better. Got next call after 3 days i. E. On 09/04/2018, requesting to wait more and for the phone replacement confirmation and intimating the service centre for phone replacement.
On 10/04/2018, got a call from mr. Pawan chauhan (Email id: pawan. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com), denying replacement and asking me to accept the repaired phone or else asked me to proceed further with the consumer complaints.
This is the customer service which the representative of the company gives to the premium customers?
I am hard core samsung lover and all my products at home are of samsung, but now i am losing faith from the company by providing such a harassment.
My phone is already with the service centre from 05/04/2018. What the use of buying the high ended premium phone of samsung. Even the small companies replaces the phone for minor issues but samsung being the top most trusted brand is harassing the customer for trusting the company with buying the premium products which i received faulty.
I want a new replaced phone as i cannot accept the faulty repaired phone.
I will be liable for compensation for such a harassment and warranty extension too if it gets delayed more.
