Dear team, please look in to the captioned case no on urgent basis.
I was promised that the technician will visit the next day itself for the servicing.
But nobody turned up next day.
Its been 5 days now, nobody even bothered to call me during these days.
I did not expect that after logding a service request i have to wait for such long.
This cause inconvenience to us if service does not get delivered on time as being service holder we even do not have time to waste on such single thing again and again and then to do follow up.
Please take up with the matter seriously.
