My double door refrigerator stopped working two weeks ago and i complained immediately to the customer care
The technical person did not even contact and moreover came after three days. He left saying a part has to be replaced for which i placed an order, at that time he said it will come in three days and it is now ten days. I'm calling customer care everyday, they say the technical person will contact and there is nothing from them. My complaint reference number is [protected].
We buy from the company believing there will be good service and they assure us of that at the time of buying. But how should we rely on them. Was this information helpful? |
