It's been a pathetic Service and product quality from Samsung. I bought new side by side refrigerator 3 years back and since then been facing issues. Now it's compressor has to be replaced for which the complaint was raised on 24th July, 2017 (complaint no. [protected]). During the first technician visit we were assured that problem will be rectified in 2 days but now it's almost a month, no resolution. Service center keeps on providing one or the other excuse, earlier we were told that there is a shipment delay, then some billing issue. It's been a a very bad experience of buying a Samsung product, they don't care about the customer. Escalating through the Samsung Help desk is not helping either, every time I call, get a new date of fixing the issue. Samsung is truly opposite to what they say about customer service.
