Thereafter, after mr prasad’s advice we went to the dealers place and requested for replacement. We met the promoter the very next day on 22nd jul 17 and the promoter has assured that he will replace the product once the same is vetted by the samsung technician. Again complaint was raised and another technician has come to inspect the same on 4th aug 17, who inturn has confirmed that the product so delivered is defective one. The same was communicated to mr rama krishna and mr umesh from samsung team.
Days passed, but none seem to respond.
Kindly note that refrigerator has not been used for more than 2 days and since then it is lying unused.
Ps: if the product does not get replaced within next 48 hrs, we hope to meet you in consumer court.
