[Resolved]  Samsung India — refrigerator

My refrigerator is not functioning well (Its not cooling properly inspite of running for 24 hours) from past a month. I am continuously calling the customer care from 27 july 2017 and till today (21 august 2017) we didn't receive any person come to home and have a look after the problem of refrigerator.
Due to non availability of refrigerator we are facing many problems like no ice, no cold water, no fresh fruits and articles etc.
I want you
I want you to take strict action against them.
