As requested by me on thursday, 31.08.2017, (Complaint no. Vr018806), one mr. Mani, from "v'are home service, chennai" came to my residence at about 5.15 pm and checked the samsung refrigerator rt41lspn1/2011.
He said that the electronic board and the relay are defective. He suggested that the electronic board is serviced and the relay replaced. His estimate was rs.5000 including service charge. I agreed for the same.
He took the electronic board to his office for servicing. He came back around 7.15 pm after servicing the electronic board as told by him. After fixing the electronic board, he was stuck in replacing the relay, as the one he brought was not suitable. He went back to office and came back with another relay and fitted. He put the fridge in service, collected rs.5000 and gave me a receipt.
When i checked the fridge the next day, the cooling was poor only. I immediately called mr. Mani and informed the status of the fridge. He had not turned up till date.
I request that the fridge may be repaired. I also suspect that the electronic board should have been healthy since there neither any report of replacement of component was receive by me nor any sign of repair could be seen in the board. I request that rs.4700 is refunded.
