[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator is not cooling at all

I, swapan kumar majumder of thuba, po-taki, ps-hasnabad, dist.-north 24 parganas purchased a refrigerator from your authorized dealer aparna electronics, basirhat s. N. Majumder road, dist.-24 parganas (N), pin-743411 on 14/03/2017 vide model no.-rr20m282zu2/nl and sl. No.-0a8l4zaj200840 & customer's mobile no.-[protected]. I have requested the seller to help me for resolve my issue through availing warranty facility but the said shop did not help me in this regard.
Pl. Look after the issue with utmost priority as it is only purchase 05 months old and the refrigerator is not cooling at all.
