It's been more then 5 days i have logged a complaint with samsung support team for the refrigerator cooling issue and till now not a single person or service center has called me for the issue or visited the site.
I have been following up with the samsung customer care executives everyday about 10-15 calls and the answer i get is that they have escalated the issue and the service center team will call back or the engineer will arrive in 1 hour to have this issue resolved.
This is the worst customer care service i have ever experience from such a renowned brand company... Totally pathetic and cheap level customer experience.
Going forward i will think twice before buying any samsung appliance.
