[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator not working properly

We have purchased a refrigrator 2 months back. The product is not working properly, like its cooling capacity is not as expected and we need to defrost it a no of times. On whole i am not satisfied with product. I have raised a compaint a no of times but did not get any response. We have almost all appliances of samsung at home. This is the worst product we had at our home. Please do the needful
