Dear sir/ madam,
I am showing my frustration by writing this complaint. I am been facing the worst customer service experience from the renowned global multinational appliances company. I bought a samsung refrigerator rt59ebts/2011, 510 liters.
There has been technical issue since august 2017, on aug 6th first complaint (Complaint# [protected]) was made samsung customer care line. The technician visited from authorized service center - kaiser electronics patpar ganj, i p extension, delhi. The technician informed that part (Pcb) need to be replaced. He also informed that part is not readily available and need to be specially ordered and that will take time. He also informed that once part received, he will come and replace. After doing multiple follow ups, technician - parvesh changed the part on aug 17th via cash bill# cr 3044 and payment of rs 2593.00. Within 24hrs of replacement of new part, we again started facing the same technical problem. Again informed technician "parvesh" and his supervisor "kaushal" that problem still persist, they informed that need to replace part (Pcb) again, as the newly installed one could be faulty.
On aug 20th, again complaint was made for same technical issue (Complaint# [protected]), however no action happened. I was assured that within 3 days the problem will be resolved.
On aug 25th again called samsung call center and got new complaint (Complaint # [protected]) and till date sep13th no solution to my problem has been provided. We have made numerous calls to kaiser electronics supervisor "kaushal", he doesn't bother to pick up phone or when he picks up give standard answer once the part is received will be replaced. He informed that part will come from chennai
The complaint has been escalated to customer service supervisor "" who assured that he will get us solution but again no support. There is no one ready to provide any solution and it seems samsung doesn't care and believe in providing after sales service and repairs to the customer once they have sold the product.
