I have brought a samsung galaxy s8 on 2nd may, 2017 (Order ref:[protected] under no cost emi offer. I was supposed to get the emi amount refunded to my credit card within 90 days but i have not received it yet. I have called samsung customer care a multiple times for resolution of the issue as mu due date for payment of emi is on 09/08/2017 but only thing i received as a reply is we are looking into it and escalating the issue to the concerned team.
I have also replied to every mail from the samsung team and have attached the invoice and bank statement for month of may, june and july as i was asked for (Email reference: [protected]).
This is highly unacceptable from a reputed company like samsung, when even after failing the commitment period, it is reluctant to resolve the issue for its customer.
Now i am not able to pay the full emi amount for this month, bank will charge me a addition penalty for late payment and who should pay that because it is negligence on behalf of samsung and not me.
