Dear concern,
On[protected] i had purchased a7 2017 from jasmine infinite ltd vadodara raj mahal road. From day 1 i facing eco sound problem from my oopponent's caller. So i visit samsung service centre. They told me to change sim and try. So i changed and try with another sim but same problem raised so again visited and your service provider told me same story to change sim and also they rub brush below side speakers of phone. This is raj mahal road service provider. So on 4th october i visited gayatri enterprise for same rreason they told me to upgrade my phone if problem resolved then okay otherwise they make it doa. So i told them go ahead. They upgrade and check but problem remains same. So they make it doa and told me samcc will call you to collect doa papers and handset. On 6th october i got call from samcc to collect doa handset so i collect and they told me to get new one from retailer from where i purchased it. Retailer told me that they have no stock it will be stock till monday. So they will provide it me on monday.
Now my request is that from day one i am suffering from samsung. If i had purchased new one for a reason to use why i have wait so much long to get my handset. If samsung unable to provide solutions fast then give me refund asap.
