[Resolved]  Samsung India — refund related against samsung mobile

Hi,
Myself dipankar chakraborty, i ordered samsung galaxy on 8 as on 6.10.17 in amazon, finally they deliverd on 11.10.17 after the cash payment of rs.11990/- they give me the phone. But the phone is not open i had complaint in amazon they send a technician also, the technician say's that for technical fault phone is not open & he give me a slip, he confirmed that it will be refund witheen 5-7 days. I had submited all the refund details
But till now cash refund is pending.
