It is submitted that i am owner of mobile phone of samsung with descriptions-
Model no - j 7 prime/ sm-g6-1cf-zkdins
Imei no - [protected]
The above mobile instrument was purchased in march, 2017. The display screen of the mobile phone was not displaying properly. Therefore the same was shown at samsung service center, maa communication, 180 ground floor, kotla mubarakpur, no [protected]. There one engineer jonual khan checked the phone and after checking he told that display screen of the set has gone wrong and the same have to replace/change by new one. He quoted rs. 4200/- for the same and gave a receipt/bill vide no. [protected] dated 12.04.18. He had also taken an advance amount of rs. 2000/-. Copy of the same is enclosed. As per his promise the set was not repaired up to 16.04.18. Therefore the set along with advance of rs. 2000/- were taken back.
Thereafter the above set was shown at another samsung service center namely a-233, hcl services limited, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi-110020. One senior technician ritesh met there and within 5 minutes he checked and corrected/repaired the display problem without taking any single penny.
Thereafter we approached mr. Jonal khan above and told his casual checking of display problem.in spite of accepting his gross negligence he threatened that he had done what he understood and that was correct.
It is humbly requested that samsung carry a good reputation in all over india/world. But these kind o[censored]nprofessional conduct of individuals may destroy the image of an established company.
A suitable action may be taken against maa communication/jonal khan and mr. Ritesh may be suitably rewarded for his outstanding and honest conduct.
