[Resolved] Samsung India — registered with sammc for screen glass damage repairing under warranty but no even called a single call regarding issue

Respectedteam,

I have registered a service query to samcc on 23th july'17 regarding my handset (S7 edge) screen glass damage. I have received a text via samcc a reference no. I. E. [protected] still after 20 days of registering a complaint i din't received even a single call regarding my issue. My handset warranty expired on 10/08/2016 & still i dont seem any relief from samsung team.

You are kindly requested to tell me a path how could i repair it & a copy of bill has been attached.
