[Resolved]  Samsung India — repair of led tv

Dear sir,

I have given my service request for my led tv ua22f5100, sl. No. 23533zng808974 in first week of aug. And mr. Yahpal samsung service engineer from hapur (Up) service center has visited and inspected the tv and also taken the pictures of the fault. Then he said somebody will come to replace the parts.

After that no one has visited so far. Again we have lodged the complaint in toll free no. And the reference no. Given is [protected].

The tv was purchased in dec.2016 from chauhan electronics, siyana, bulandshahar (Up).

I m very much dissatisfied with the kind of service given by samsung. Please look into the matter in urgent basis. My address is:

I hv brought high end. Refrigerator side by side door two months back . Within a 15days .display panel as stoped working . I hv loged a complain I hv been given a number [protected] as complain number . It's more then 45 days .there is no resolution to it .
