We have received your letter in which you have wrongly mentioned our led tv as washing machine and u denied to replace our tv. So now we are really fed up with samsung because you are not solving our genuine problem, our tv is defective from the day one and u tortured us with frequent visits and repairing our brand new tv but still it's not working. Nobody wants to buy a defective set. So, finally we are going in consumer court for justice since you are not solving out genuine problem.
