Hi i have taken a box price of samsung c9pro on 14th oct 2017from the 5th day o[censored]sing phone i was facing lot of issues its gonna be 2months taking new handset paying 29900/- i have visited the service centre 3times the staff is so rude telling v can't replace the phone i[censored] want 'll change the parts of phone which is not working day have given a defected peice an u people are not even supporting i have taken the cell phone from simtel outlet in r t nagar blore. Plz help me out.

Dear sir, I have a Samsung s7 edge and Purchased last year December, and now situation is Samsung service center deny for give me service, handset repaired many times and now still same issue.
