My name is satyanarayan bhairishetty.
I own a samsung galaxy s7 edge sm-g935fd on 29th-october-2016. Which i was bought for rs.50900.
On the 20th november 2017 my phone back and recent keys were not working i took it to the local samsung authorized service center.

I said my phone recent app key not working, so they took my phone and they check if it's working or not and said this touch screen need to be replace with new one it will cost around rs.14500. But i said yesterday both the recent and back keys were not working. But back key is working now. Do you have any other solution, they said this need to be replace with new one.
So decided to wait for a day, after that day it's started working but the recent key was self pressing.
Then i decided to take the assistance of app samsung member then i raise my problem about my phone they come up with solution like recovery mode, safe mode, wipe catch, soft reset, hard reset, i did all the steps but still no use as am still facing recent key self pressing problem.
On 23th november 2017 my phone goes total dead. Then i took it to the service center at 11.30 am bill no [protected] as it was out of warranty they said there will be rs.180 for checking to see what is actually the problem with device. They said it will take two hours to check. I said ok and go ahead, at 1.30 pm i gave a call to check weather its done or not no one lift phone at 2.00 pm i visited store they said there is server problem we have not checked it at, after that at 4.30 pm i gave a call to them they said the server just came back now your device check will be done till 6.30 pm and we will give a call once it's done. Then i gave call to them at 6.30 pm and they said we have connected your mobile to server it will take 1 hour we will call you once it's done. Then i call them at 7.45 pm they said checking of your device is done. I said what is the problem in it so they replied engineer is not near me i don't know what is exactly problem in it so i replied should i visit now to collect my device they replied collect your phone in the morning.
On 24th november 2017 i visit the store at 10 am they said your phone's motherboard need to be change it will cost rs.15000 so i said ok give me my mobile back i don't wanna do it and she replied you need rs.180 then i payed the money one of the executive gone downstairs to bring my phone it was like half an hour but she was not coming back, so i asked the one who is in front of me why she is taking so long time she replied your mobile parts are opened we are assembling it, i said my mobile was checked yesterday only what they are doing now.
This is your flagship phone that we are talking about and it really seems odd that no one seems to be taking any responsibility. This kind of service makes me switch
The checking part should be on the 20th november 2017, she just took my and touch the recent app key and said need to be replace with new one
I am just so in love with the products from samsung but am really disappointed in this kind of service.
Flagship phone cost rs.50900 only work for 1 year 1 month it's total waste, and wants me to pay rs.15000 it's completely no no from me.
I thought samsung is best but your proved me wrong.
I would be really happy if i can get the repair done for free or new mobile phone.
I would be really happy if my request is considered as i have always been a samsung loyal fan.
