Dear samsung team,
I purchased my samsung s7 edge from nigeria on 25 december 2016 at a hefty amount of inr 51000. I am getting a pink line (As posted by a lot of s7 edge owners) on the rigt side of display. My phone has never fallen down or came with contact of water. I called samsung customer care okhla center but they said they will charge a sum of 14200 inr as phone was out of warranty because it was purchased from outside india.
This is not justifiable at all as this is a manufacturing fault which i guess every samsung phones support employee is aware of.
Please help as we being customer go for flagship products to experience good product and services.
Hope to get a resolution soon.
