Hello.,
There is a serious issue with samsung service centre they have major commitment issue. I gave a phone for screen to be repaired on 27/12/2017 i was told to back up my data which i did as the phone would be formatted.
I deposited 8000 on the same day that too they refused to take the payment by card as they are charging 2 percent extra which on asked to show refused and preffered cash which i gave.
I got my phone back on 2.1.18 and paid remaining 7000 same day i told the person the phone is not formatted and same is locked he said you try if the lock opens otherwise he will format the phone in half an hour next day. I came back to store next day and gave the phone till evening there was no response i came back in evening they said it requires some approval will take another day. I came back after 2 days the condition was same.
Next day i was informed the phone needs to be sent to noida will be sent next day and you can collect day after.
Lastly i got a call on 9th as an information the superior is involved in this case and he has went to okhla and will get the phone on thursday or max by friday and it will be ready for you to use.
I am sitting on friday in this place and still waiting for a response. Mr harjeet singh has been taking his own luxury time for a phone to be repaired and the response is even worst than poor.
You do not expect this from a company like samsung.

The service response has been pathetic it is serious torture that i ve been suffering from past 15 days.
I seriously regret buying samsung phone and paying 50000 +for the phone and then paying 15000 for repairing it.
The service centre is a serious pain to be visited.
