I purchased galaxy s8 on 4th june 2017. 1 month my phone was working fine.
But in aug one day when i was charging my phone it showed some droplet
Symbol. And a sigh of not allowing to charge. I changed my port and tried
Charging in another socket. But same droplet came. I went to samsung care
Centre sec 16 faridabad. I showed them the issue. They took my phone and in
Evening told me to collect. They told mam its a moisture issue. Water
Went in the lower panel etc. I have not put my phone in water how come
Moisture came. That horrible. S8 is a water resistant phone and i have
Not put water. I took my phone and came. After 1 week again same problem
Occurred. Again i have 2 rush to service centre. They took my phone and
Gave me on 4th day. They told me mam due to season its happening. Keep
Your phone safe.
If this is the case that i could have buyed a affordable phone. Why to
Waste so much of money on s8. Does did mean i should not charge my phone
Till october end? This is unacceptable to me. Now yesterday (3rd time). I
Faced some issue droplet came to my phone and not working. I am very
Annoyed with this now. I need replacement or my money back. Every time
Facing same issue going to centre. People are simply giving me lame
Excuses. Now i regret on my decision of buying s8. Instead of giving me
Pleasure. This phone is giving me trouble.
