Dear team,
We purchased the "samsung 40j5100 101.6 cm (40) led tv (Full hd)" tv in aug 2016 around 45k. We haven't use the tv much, because we were travelling. One week back we observer that some lines in the tv.
We informed to the customer service on the same. Technician visited and informed that, tv panel got damaged and he said it will cost 25k to do repair. We called to the customer care and requested to resolve the issue.
Today i got a call from samsung head office and they accepted that, due to some technical problem, it might got damaged. Also now, its out of warranty, we have to pay it seems.
Major part of tv got damaged means some issue while selling tv itself.
We asked the team, if it has technical problem, why should we need to pay. Also, almost 50% of product cost for repair that to product is not even 1 1/2 year old, which is worst.
By this way, we (Customers) are loosing money.
