I am rishi agrawal, i own a samsung a8 mobile phone and was fed up with the low batter back-up of the phone. So i raised a request for battery replacement at the samsung service center, jaipur (Ablaze communication).. I was charged rs 1250 upfront, but was told to wait for the call to come once they have the part available... After a month i did not receive any call and when i visited service center then was told that i need to further wait because my part has gone back... When i made noise about the issue, they agreed to replace the battery with someone else's battery and after the replacement i was asked for rs 500 more in the name of gst changes... I asked for explanation, which they could not, but negotiated to pay rs 300 instead.
After all this, i ended up paying total of rs 1550, but the batter back-up did not improve even for 1 minute and i have still charge my phone some 3-4 times a day.
I approached their call center thru live chat mode and was always told that i would receive the call back to discuss the issue, and got the call back as well, but was told that service center owner will call me back to resolve, which never happened.
I am expecting the resolution and compensation for my mental dissatisfaction and frustration.
