The main person and the staff at the reception deals very rudely with the customer. You cannot question their mode of operation, which was found to be very harrassing. The functioning time given is 9.00hrs to 6.00hrs but they open the office very late. Inspite of asking the customer to come at 9.00am; with Place to wait is the road in the hot sun. They talk without any scruples hurting the sentiments of the customer. They are not customer friendly at all meaning spoiling the image of your firm Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

You should start another service centre in Trivandrum in the heart of the city for plucking out the arrogance in them[protected]. the service charge taken from me for mere repair is cut throat amt Rs2000/- for the 22 inch computer monitor whose problem was non availabilty of display. the end result is turning my back on Samsung items and telling others about this incident.
