I have recently purchased a Samsung J8 (two month ago). For the last couple of days from 24th Aug 2018, I am facing a issue with Jio sim. It shows not registered on network and disconnectivity of call and network. Initially I thought of Sim problem and given lot of complain regarding that including sim replacement. But the problem still persist. Then I visited samsung customer care and they suggest to format for binary updation. on 29th Sep, I even do the same still the problem is there. After that I do experiment with other jio sim and other sim like vodafone and airtel sim. I found that only Jio sim is not working in my handset. Even other jio sim is also not working in my handset.
