Dear team,
With much dis-satisfaction i am writing this on your wall, i have purchased the model c7 pro from one of your samsung store in new delhi on 11th aug’17. Since, then i am facing issues with the speaker of the phone. Speakers was not working since, in the meantime i have sent my mobile twice at the service center. However, i am not getting any amicable solution, every time they have returned my phone confirming that it’s working however in actual after 1-2 days the issue has persisted. I have called your call center people several time however no response at all. Now, i am losing my patience and my faith towards the brand. It is just 45 days that i have purchased this phone and with in 15-20 days i am facing this much inconvenience.
I have already two job cards which they gave to me and said your phone is working fine from our side,
But still am facing same problem i don't know what they have checked or repaired or just fooled me,
Actually they have replaced too many child parts that i believe you have given me used phone.
Absolutely, manufacturing defect i want my money to be refund or you guys can replace the handset. Looking for some amicable solution from your team.
