Hii samsung team,
I would like to inform you that i am one of the mobile phone user from amritsar punjab (India). I bought a c9 pro few months back. After 2 months, it started creating problems. I approached your service center and contact your gurgaon office too with priya jha, but till now there isn't any positive response. They opened the set and changed its motherboard, now they are saying it need not to repair the phone as there isn't any technical issue with the set. This clearly shows that they even didn't find out the problem in the set. I have even exchanged many mails but didn't get any solution till now. My phone is lying there since 2 months.
Buying the samsung phone is the worst experience for me.
Requesting you to take this matter seriously and get my phone either replaced with a new invoice and warranty or refund whole amount otherwise i have to approach consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
