I have submitted my phone on 05/08/2017 to samsung samsung c9 pro services centre at vile parle west. This service center is been taken care by a 3rd party hcl. The service at service centre is pathetic. I have been visiting this service centre ever week for my convern in regards to my camera and display issue.
On my first visit i had a charging issue. The technician changed the mechinical part. Also they changed the display due to gum issue. Which i was not informed.
After few days i started experiencing an issue with display and camera. As the display was not fitted correctly the dust was getting inside the phone and accumulated near the camera. So i visited the service center again and informed the issue. It was a return repair for them and they have again opened my phone and cleaned it however, the issue with the camera still exist.
Hence i have to resubmit the phone on 05/08/2017. It has been now more then 20 days there is no resolution.
I have been assigned a case manager from delhi name rikendra tomar. He is been investigating on my case.
I have informed him that there is a camera issue and display has been changed and since then i am not satisfied with it.
Also the representative at the service centre are not supportive.
After an investigation rikendra tomar told me that they have changed the camera display and motherboard.
So i visited the servise center to collect my handset.
And i see that there is a dent on my phone and also there is a scratch on my display which the service center clearly denied.
Also the loan phone which is provided to me end of life phone which has a lot of dent and scratches on display.
As i had no option rather than accepting the phone however, i feel that there is no value of customers.
I have been treated like a road side public. And i was really insulting.
My phone was checked by the representative at the store before submitting and there was no dent or scratches. I have a job sheet to prove that.
Also i have a snapshot taken of the dent on my phone, which is at the upper right corner portion of the phone.
They are still investigating and there has been no resolution provided.
Also the case manager assigned to my case is not helpful he is just blabbering on what is been told. I have not invested my hard earn money to visit the service multiple times.
I need a full refund of my device as i feel that it is a faulty device. And the issue will raise again.
I have not accepted my phone from the service center.
Please help me as all the representatives are not helpful and this complaint board is only option.
Please do the needful.
