I hd purchased samsung earphones hs130 3 months back, suddenly one day left side earpiece was not working. I visited nearby samsung service centre at sion circle, mumbai for the same n registered request for replacement on 21st september 2017. A wk later i got sms saying ur handsfree hv been replaced, so i visited the centre for collection n i got shocked as they said the handsfree they received is faulty. I requested them for urgent replacement n they promised me for the same n will call asap as they receive new handsfree.
Now its over 10 days for that n still i haven't got their call instead i hv called them quite a number of times, n everytime i called for the status i get reply saying still in process n ask my contact number again n again. I m really frustrated with this kind of poor service. I need an answer from their head or otherwise i'll sue them in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
