I have called the samsung estore customer care for about 12 times now within a month and emailed customer support at least 8 times for a refund of rs. 23000/-. Why is samsung not refunding me? It is very annoying. Let me describe the events for order no[protected].
1. Samsung c7 pro purchased from the samsung estore using credit card on 8th oct 2017 and order no[protected] generated.
2. Phone received on 12th oct but was defective.
3. I filed for a doa receipt and got it from the samsung service centre.
4. Since phone was bought online, a reverse pick up was arranged via courier.
5. Meanwhile, i was tired of waiting and requested for a refund thrice via email. I bought a samsung phone from chroma instead.
5. Reverse pickup for doa order no [protected] done by courier on 24th oct.
6. Refund requested again. On 31st october, without prior intimation, another phone was at my doorstep. Rejected it since i didn't need it anymore and had already requested a refund.
It has been a month since reverse pickup has been done but no sign of refund. Can samsung action this as soon as possible??? Was this information helpful? |
