Dear sir,
I have purchased a samsung galaxy c9 pro mobile on 5th april 2017. From 09th oct 2017 onwards the display of the machine is not working. I have contacted the nearest samsung service centre and handed over the phone for repair as the device is within warranty. But surprisingly the service guy denied warranty repair, the reason quotes was a small crack on the display board, and he itself told me that it may be due to while using un the pant pocket. I usually using my phone in my pant pocket only, i don't think samsung phone is not suitable for using in the pant pocket.
As the damage is not happened from any mishandling from my side i am eligible for getting warranty repair as per samsung warranty policy. But it us denied by the service person.
I hope samsung galaxy c9 pro is not a low cost phone from samsung india. And one of the recent add punch line of samsung is no cost display repair. It may be due to the increasing trend of display damages of samsung phones.
I have given the phone for repair at samsung authorized service centre with ref no:[protected]
Also i have registered a customer complaint via ref no:[protected] but still get a reply.
As a valued samsung customer for long, me and my family, request you to consider my case and please do the need ful get my phone repaired in warranty.
