I have purchased 02 nos. mobiles 1) Galaxy J2 and 2) Galaxy J7 prime mobile on 17.06.2017. The Galaxy J2 mobile is been hanged and not started on 06.08.17, hence self has contacted to customer service, they advised to contact Service Center. (Call Ref.No.[protected]). I handed over Mobile to Mangalmurti Enterprises (Service Center), Thane on 08.08.17 but before submission they asked to be ready to pay Rs.3000/- if set damage at time of repairing, also if not damage then handset will repair under warranty and after verbal approval they accepted handset for repairing. On 08.08.17 (Tuesday) evening I have received message from Sam-CCC that handset is ready and collect from service center but on 09.08.17 (Wednesday) service center executive called & asked to pay Rs.3000/-, also confirmed that the ignore received message from SamCCC. On.08.08.17 How SamCCC sent message that Mobile is ready to collect?? and later Mangalmurti Service Center asked to pay Rs.3000/-, this arm twisting policy of service center to recover money from customer, I need fair justice against this issue, otherwise will take up this issue in consumer court and this last purchase of Samsung product because It seems that SAMSUNG doesn't have control on their Service Centers, they looting to customer giving false information. (Last communication Ref.[protected] with Samsung Customer Service Center)
