Dear sir,
My name is karmbeer devender singh and i was purcase a samsung galaxy j7nextgold emi no :- ([protected]) date 20-oct-2017 in arora telecom sector -11 rohini delhi.
Now my mobile is under guaranty with screen broken according to samsung company.
20-dec 2017 my screen broken and i go to service centre with bill and mobile box :- we care e-1/3, sector -7, delhi 110085 and my bill no is [protected].
Now service centre did not replace to my mobile screen he told me my mobile purchase date is 23 oct 2017 but i purchase this mobile in 20 oct 2017 and i had activated to this mobile in same day 20 oct 2017.
Now samsung service centre is not repair to my mobile why i have already complaint to costumer care and no my complaint no is [protected] please take action to this.
I request to you please replace to my screen free of cost because i have purchase this mobile when your skeem is running.
I have attached to my bill copy or service centre copy please take action to this.
