Complaint marked as Resolved I dont know how come this complaint (Oct 30th dated), came to resolved status.No one from samsung team has reaced me yet on this, I have freshly raised a new complaint with the sae details in december but that is also not yet ttended by Samsung Team.
I dont know how to change the complaint status from resolved to un resolved, as this complaint is not yet attended, can any one advice ??
I am very much dis appointed by samung team, as they are not at all responding except for their auto generated notifications.No one is calling or no one ismiling me or no one ismessaging me on my complaint status.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No one has reached me yet, let me know whether you people are ready to respond costomercomplaints OR not ?
Why thi complaint not yet addressed, why it is getting delayed, please send mail to my emaild ([protected]@gmail.com ) OR else send message to my mobile numbr ( +91 [protected] ) with the next actons and the things you are doing to address my issue/complaint.
From Oct 30, you people have not get time to reach me and address my issue.Why this much of delay ??
