Recently bought a new s8 on 3 july 2017 had the worst experience of my life... Phone has display issue (Screen burn) battery issue and camera issue hence spoke to the customer care for resolution they informed that it was softer-ware issue
I requested for a replacement they did not agree stating it was not under the samsung policy to replace the device
Hence issue was going around till 21/11/17 when i took it to the showroom to replace the device... They informed to take it to the service center have an invoice stating it was an hardware issue...
Hence requested for a replacement they informed we cannot replace the device... They informed that they cannot replace the device as the samsung policy no replacement after 14 days but thejess from customer care dropped the call stating the refund was not possible and was very rude
