[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung gear fit 2- charging issue

Samsung gear fit2-fitness tracker having issues with charging pins for sweat which they mentioned will not come under warranty. That means one should not wear a fitness tracker while exercising.
Also the battery gets discharged even when the product is switched off.

Hey I purchased a new Samsung fridge on 12/07-17 from Krishna tower chowk Darbhanga, they gave wrong or used product I found the problem within one week from the purchasing date, Krishna also doesn't give original bill, my problem was not resolved till date. I have a Gear Fit 2 band. Why have Samsung made such a bad strap for a band with such a high cost?? I literally "lost and found" the costly product several times due to the careless strap design flaw. Such design flaw from such a reputed company is never expected especially for an item that is meant to be used in rough conditions...don't you think? my band is nearly reaching 1 year, but the issue started the second day I bought it. I am using a rubber band to literally hold the watch in place. Even though it is okay for me...the question really is "should Samsung be ok with it". What should I expect from Samsung to resolve this problem or how soon? I will consider not buying a Samsung product next time and advise everyone not to buy a Samsung product if this problem is not resolved...Thank you...
