This is in relation to a samsung smart watch/ samsung gear purchased in feb'17. My device gave up few days back and i had given it to the samsung servoce centre at girish park, kolkata. On checking the device they aaid it has battery problem and i was told it would take approx. 10 days for it to be workable again.
After 20 days i. E. Today i again called to service centre to hear that it would take another 15 days for it to be repaired and that the battery of the gear is out of stock at present.
On comlaining they said they cant help it and to move to samsung directly and bang the phone on my face.
Now,
1. How the battery gave up in just 7 months o[censored]sage?
2. Why after sale service is not upto the mark as promised
3. Why is samsung even selling its products and offering services when they cant even keep battery handy?
4. Being a customer of samsung for over 8 years now i have many family members using samsung, should i alert them not to use it in future?
5. Whats the point in buying the top end gear watch worth around 30k if it was supposed to be there in the service centre for almost most thn a month... It just gave me the feeling that now i am being trapped and cant do anything about it.
Dear samsung india,
You can keep the watch and its battery and i can even send across the gear box. You can keep all of it and loose a valued customer like me.
I dont need the product any more.
