Dear sir,
This is 3rd time i m submitting complaint, i had given my samsung s7edge mobile for service on 06th feb 2018, by paying advance amount 5k.
Till today i fighting with that service center guy to return back our mobile and money. Had escalated case to samsung support, ceo and director also.
They are also unable to take action and provide resolution.
I am attaching invoice copies and also complaint# fromsamsung team.
Pls help to get back my mobile and advance amount asap.
