I am having samsung double door 550 liter fridge purchased in 2013. Now it has a problem of fan in it as per technician of local service center is saying that the part is not available & we can't say in how many days it'll be available. I hope you ll resolve the same at earliest.
Samsung, these people during purchase of the product, doesn't say that this product do not cover any warranty on any of the item in it except digital inverter, they mis-guide the consumers all the time, without providing proper information. Inspite of spending huge amount in purchasing side by side door refridgerators, if service is this poor, why would one prefer to purchase such type of products. My service request no. Is [protected] in samsung portal.
If this products can't even work properly atleast for a minimum of 5 years, what is the value of the brand samsung, and why do they say they are the best service providers and number one leading home appliances in market.
Request you to consider this as an serious issue and try to resolve this asap and spread the same to all the consumers who are going to buy big home appliances out of trust on the brand name, and which the brand name can keep their brand image with worst services.
Samsung people have called and said we will try to resolve this issue asap. Still waiting for the product... Same answer... No proper standard technicians... Who can identify the problem and place order for the product all at one shot...
