[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j2 getting hanged

I have purchased samsung j2 2017 handset on 26 aug 2018 from kalyan hypermarket thrissur kerala. My concern is mobile getting hanged and not able to swipe option. I went two times samsung service center still issue persisting. Service cen ter has worked on motherboard. It's not been 1 month that i m facing this issue. Request you to replace this mobile on immediate basis.

Updated by Vivekwin34 Still issue not resolved. Got call from Samsung team on 26th sep. Reference saying please contact Samsung service center thrissur and they had intimated them. Mobile will be replaced. Today we visited center and they saying that didn't got any intimation from Samsung team. This is absurd seems that you people made us fool.
Today again new complaint raised here. Bill no[protected].
Please help as we can't roam around. It's mine 4th visit to Samsung center.
