My wife purchased a samsung j2 mobile last year. It is still under warranty. However, for a greater part of the year, the mobile has malfunctioned, or functioned well below expectations. It was taken to the samsung service center in okhla thrice. On one occasion they even changed the motherboard. But there was no improvement in performance.
My wife finally took the phone to the service center last week and asked for a new phone. The center accepted the phone and now she is without a phone for the last 4 days and no one at samsung customer service is available to answer any questions. The most pathetic approach to customers and customer service.
All the so called senior managers are in meetings when my wife called. My question is what is the first job of a customer service manager at any level other than to attend to a customer? It is high time people realize how absolutely stupid the samsung customer service department thinks their customers are.
