[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung j5 (6). my mobile is not charging properly. visited 2 time service centre.. still not resolved

Dear sir
I have problem with my mobile as mentioned in subjected line having charging issue it takes 6 to 7 hours 10% to 100%.
I have visited 2 times for the same and they update the software and give back and assuring it is working properly.
Now again m facing the same issue even mobile is under warranty.

Please let me know service issue and i can't visit the service centre again n again for the same issue.

It is second time that i am getting disappointed from your service.

All above is in line to be belief with another manufacturing company instead of samsung.

Kindly take the action and resolved the same at earliest.

Samsung J7 (2015) model which only 8months old, is showing a problem of screen flickering in low screen light 3/4th of the screen starts flickering. Increasing the brightness stops the flickering issue.
Whereas i still have warranty period will i get an replacement?
