We purchased a mobile model no. Samsung j7 on dtd 19.04.2017 from kanahia watch co. Address 145, chandni chowk delhi -110006 (Near moti bazar), after 2 months a black spot was recognized on the screen of mobile which spread day by day to whole screen. We ask seller to exchange the same, seller show the mobile phone to customer care "care zone" address a-16, tagore market kirti nagar new delhi-110015, which refuse to change & ask money for the same. We paid the amount & bill is received for the same on 25.07.2017, but then also the problem is not solved & after 1.5 months a same problem arise.
